Please be aware that our standard processing time is 2–3 business days. After an order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within this timeframe. This applies to all purchases made through our online store.

We provide multiple shipping options, including standard and express delivery. Please note that faster shipping methods may involve extra costs. We also offer international shipping.

For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges are not included in the order total. These fees are determined by your country and will be collected by UPS upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with our clothing brand. We are dedicated to offering high-quality products and customer service.

Please be aware that we operate a no-refund policy, except in cases where the item is defective. Once a purchase has been completed, returns are not accepted. This applies to all products sold through our online store.

We understand that items may sometimes not fit or meet expectations. In such cases, we offer exchanges; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing details before placing an order.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to replace the item with a new one in proper condition. Refunds are not available for any other reasons.
